The master plan conceptualized for Nasma Residences is all set to introduce a new community development in Sharjah and Arada Developer keen to make resident- friendly. To start with, the community is spread over 5 million sq. ft and consists of 800 homes, apart from an Educational Family Park that includes playgrounds, running lane and barbeque area. As for the community centre, it comes complete with a coffee shop, clubhouse, medical centre and nursey.

In addition to these, each of the homes does have a separate room for maid, wide backyard garden and dedicated car parking space.
